IMPORTANT NOTES

• Registration fees don’t include Accommodation. Please make a separate request for accommodation.

• Candidates are advised to visit our website regularly for updates.

• Registration for conference will include proceedings, registration kit, tea/coffee and lunch during the conference period. Accompanying persons who wish to attend the conference should register for Attendees category separately.

• An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the final camera-ready version is accompanied by the payment of at least one regular registration for one of the authors and presentation is performed in the conference.

• Publisher/ICCIML reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including PROCEEDING, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.

• Bank/Wire transfer - will be shared along with the acceptance email.

Cancellation policy:

• No refunds in case of missing the deadline (Camera Ready Copy, Consent to Publish, Proof Reading, Presentation file submission) under any circumstances will be entertained. 

• The conference strictly discourages the use of scientific wring tools, preprinting and self plagiarism/ references similarity in any manner. Please avoid such practices. No queries/No refunds regarding self plagiarism will be entertained under any circumstances.

• The maximum permissible similarity limit is 15% including references where the similarity should not be more than 2% from a single source.
